Our standard freight charges are as below:
- $22 (ex-GST) for all overnight satchels/cartons under 3 Kgs.
- $30 (ex-GST) for all freight 3-5 Kgs.
- For any volume freight or items above 5 Kgs, we shall provide a quotation prior to shipping.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or residential addresses.
Yes, orders can be collected from our Melbourne warehouse, located in the suburb of Keysbourough.
We use TNT Express for all our Interstate and volume freight, and Couriers Please for all our Melbourne metro shipments.
In case of emergencies, we are able to use a specialised freight carrier for a 3-4 hour service.
Due to the limitations of our freight carriers, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or residential addresses.

Yes, we do. We will advise you a cost and time-frame based on the order and size of the consignment.
We can also use your nominated freight carrier, if you choose to use your own service.

Items can be returned as long as they are in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
